Guide Need hardware suggestions for home-server

I am looking for a system where I can set up my own home server for Nextcloud and similar applications.
I am mostly looking for a system that supports:
  • Multiple hard disk support (at least 2 disks)
  • RAID support
  • A CPU that has virtualization and H.256 support
  • An additional SSD slot for booting the OS
 
Buy one of the Tiny PCs from resellers on this forum. I've got P330 Tiny from Asim. One of the considerations I had was that it should have many options for storage and have low power consumption.
