Market Feedback Need help asap (on buying gfx from keith_j_snyder2 )

Sry for bumping ur thread.

Two months back I bought Gigabyte GA-M68M-S2P motherboard from keith_j_snyder2 for Rs. 1650, which he said its less than a year old. First he said 6months old, later he said 10months old. He also promised to send me copy of the motherboard bill, but till now he didn't, he gav lot of reasons for the delay, now a days he doesn't even respond, I hav all his chat in TE and bank transaction, how to proceed this further to get copy of the bill to claim warranty?

^ Hey man sry about that, but i try almost every other day to get the bill from the guy but he's not willing to find it. Now i don't have exact date of the purchase but it was bought from SMC International. If i had the purchase date, i 'de ask for the bill copy from SMC Itself.
 
I think you can check and claim warranty by the serial no ,please find out how many months is left by calling their toll free no and then proceed if the member has lied to you.
 
Serial no will give you warranty from mfg / import date afaik , i have recieved stocks of more than 3-4 months old some times , so in such cases if no bill is there its like 4 months of warranty gone wasted.
 
As i have no other option left, i think i must post it here only. I 've been calling Jassi(Barjinder Singh) for almost 2 months now & he isn't replying me back. As per the deal i have provided his some great deal & whatever he is mentioning the loss isn't actually a loss at all. Since i 've provided the best possible supoport to him too he's supposed to send the defective HD4870 to me. Now all i know that my card was defective & did'nt worked for him, he didn't provided any substantial proof that the card is faulty & even though i gave him great replacement. Now i m wondering that even my card has any fault or he's was just messing with me to score some freebies. I ask mods to help me & all those who knows him to help me with it.
 
Please open a new thread mentioning everything and link this thread in that. People tend to skip old threads. You can always report flamers and mods will take care of that. I remember there were a lot of unwanted post in this thread itself but they have been take care of.
 
man first clear me this thing ..what u said i wanna get some freebies ...if i wanna get that freebies then why i give u again 7.5k for ur gts 250 ?? oh do 1 thing return my 7.5k that i give u for gts 250 then u can say that u give me some freebies also man as u said i supposed to give u 4870 ... but thats my wish to send u ur faulty 4870 so that u can see what u did with me but that is before our gts 250 deal ..i am not sending u that 4870 and y i send u that 4870 ??havent i payed for all cards... i had payed u for all card ..

i already talk to keith today and said him that told u to call me ..

also guys this is that stupid keith`s cousin that sold me his faulty 4870 ..he is using keith`s id and all the comments here are posted by this person ...
