Need help buying a QWERTY Smartphone with touchscreen

Well my friend wants to buy a Smartphone (Any OS is ok Android, WM , Symbian)

Requirements :

1. 3G 7.2 Mbps support
2. Good camera at least 5MP AF with LED flash
3. QWERTY Keypad
4. At least a 2.8" or bigger touchscreen
5. WiFi
6. Front camera with video calling support.
7. Tethering to PC for data connection for 3G data use should be easy...thats why iphone was out

I have got only one option and that is the Motorola Milestone

Hey, check out the new Nokia C6. Its got all the features you've mentioned.

Price wise, Flipkart has opened its order for around Rs.13,500/-.

Screen--3.2" touch

Qwerty kb- yes, its a slider qwerty

Cam- 5MP AF with LED flash

WIFI- 802.11 b/g

3g-Yes

Front cam- qvga

So, its a best bang for money and a new competitor to Nokia 5800XM.
