Need help buying this item

I need some doubts cleared for buying this item.

Since this item is located in USA, would i need a IEC (import) code to order this to india ?
Would there be possible extra charges at customs or anywhere else ?
Are there any other problems related to this order which i may not be aware of ?

Since it's a listing on Ebay India, most probably the seller will arrange for import and delivery to your place. However, the seller doesn't have great feedback, so I would avoid.

As mentioned by letmein above, the seller has 52 negative reviews in the last month alone. I would stay away from ordering anything from him.
