Storage Solutions Need Help Extending Partition , System Partition Set Too Large

on Disk 1 , I have installed windows 7 onto C: but it is not that big i wanted , i want to extend C: to 150 or 100 GB .

for this i had to delete F: , but the problem is F: is System Partition and i am not able to delete it via Windows .

i dont want to risk the windows installation so i have not tried doing this from diskpart tool from ubuntu .

please guys tell me how to move system partition to c: itself

Use Norton Partition Magic for it ... it will let u resize partition from bootable CD

thanks , i will try doing that with gpartd from linux but any idea to move "system" partition to c:

Is your C: primary partition marked as Active partiton ?

it warns me when i try to make partition active , that i may not able to boot blah blah
