Generally that is considered the ethical way of doing it. If a survey is conducted by an organization, it should declare that it is conducting it. You are being employed by XYZ bank to do so.
If you worked for ABC advertising and were then asked by XYZ, then you would have been a contractor, and could have just declared that ABC was conducting a survey (of course if you release results then you have to mention that XYZ was paying you).
Here, you are an employee of XYZ, so to be fair, you should mention that very clearly.
Frankly, no one give's a rats a**, but that is usually the best way to go about it.
After all, someone who has questions about the survey can hardly be expected to contact "Renegade"
