Need Help hosting CS 1.6 Dedicated Server

connection : MTNL 256kbps Unlimited
I have done port forwarding for my Dlink DSL-502T Router but when i try to connect to my actual IP, I Get....

] connect 59.xxx.xxx.xxx:27015

Could not get TCP/IP address, TCP/IP disabled

Why Am I Getting this Error?
Need help in solving this....
 
well im a cs player myself (source) and when i try that in scource, it conects well.

but seriously? 1.6? oh brotha, how do people play a 10+ year old game i would never understand.
 
because is for graphics freaks & cs 1.6 is for people with some skill xD

@Varz, use ur LAN IP to connect to server
 
did ya tried giving your address to your lan mates?

xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:port..

try changing ports..
 
close utorrent or run server on some other port like 27016

make sure no other application is using that port

nobody is able to connect because your game & server are using same port ie. 27015
