I think for just 2 or 3k extra you should go for a full HD. I am talking about the Bravia, http://www.sony.co.in/product/kdl-32w650a Little bargaining should cost it around 38K.

Samsung and LG models provided in the previous links are Full HD below 35k.
But I doubt if you have bothered to have a quick glance on those models, as you are only behind R42.

But they ship to very limited addresses, at least they won't ship on mine. Maybe they ship to Metros only.

Nah.. I won't be buying my tv online.. One of my friends ordered his tv and when it came.. It was crushed and screen was broken.. He had to clai:m the warranty!

even though smaller-sized TVs can be delivered safely from some reliable sites, like infibeam, which for example, packs its TVs and monitors really well, even then i won't recommend purchasing one online, for some reasons apart from the risks involved in home-delivery.

BTW, just for general info - panasonic e6 has been revealed to have bagged the award of the best tv in the 32" category of the 2013 whathifi awards recently.

Yep, not only 32" though, E6 is recommended for 42" too, now I'm seriously considering it.
