Storage Solutions Need help in installing drive in transcend 35U Casing

I need your help in installing drive in transcend 35U Casing.
While installing the drive in the casing i could not slide the drive all the way into the sata connectors as shown in the manual that i have attached & bacause of that i could only install two screws while securing the hard drive to the case instead of four. Really i could not align the drive with all the four mounting screw holes on the casing. The drive slides into sata connectors upto a certain point and not all the way so that i could only attach 2 screws & beyond that i could not push the drive. So when connected in this way drive does not gets detected.

Did the HDD is already had an enclosure or did u buy it separately as an internal one?
I used Transcend enclosure to replace my Go flex 3TB enclosure.
If u are replacing an existing enclosure u have to remove extra plastic/rubber/metal plates used to hold the drive.
and if there is a problem in sliding the drive I think u are doing something wrong there.
Also Check if any problems with connector itself, any pins disconnected to jammed
