CPU/Mobo Need help to choose between Motherboards

Hi,
Recently my MSI motherboard P6NGM stopped working and the warranty is over and the repair lasted for 1-2 months only.

So thinking of buying a new motherboard Only - since buying new CPU will cost me nearly 35K so :annoyed:

For my Processor - E7200 (dual core) LGA775 socket was looking to get DDR3 support mobo and found 2 which looks pretty fine-

• Biostar with 3 yr warranty (don't remember the model name)
• AsRock with 1 yr warranty (don't remember the model name)

I might change my comp after one year so plz do suggest me which one to buy...

I think the AsRock is better, But if you could give us the model no, then that may help us to provide you suggestion better.
