I bought a 22" Dell lcd monitor, a US2208 wfp, about 2 1/2 yrs ago, and it's developed 1 bright/dead pixel in the middle of the screen.
I tried emailing dell, but you need a service tag to do that, and my monitor doesn't have one. I tried calling them, but their support help lines have no option for monitors..and at any rate, they were closed today, being Sunday.
Could someone help me contact them to register my complaint?
