Need help with hp ipaq 512

I recently bought the hp ipaq 512 voice messenger. the problem is im trying to sync the contacts to my laptop but am not able to do so. can someone tell me how should i do it.
also i need to transer the contacts from my old phone ( nokia 6820 ) to the ipaq. Is there anyway that i can do it

export the contacts from your 6820 to a csv file using any contacts export software (there are many)! Then import the csv into ur ipaq using ActiveSync

talking about the ipaq 512, how is its performance? i am thinking of going in for one myself.

^^Sorry buddy I somehow missed this thread..You have to import your contacts in Outlook and then run Active Sync..
