PC Peripherals need help with pc config!!!

i hav got totally kno idea wat to buy....
my budget is max 35k.. lesser the better...
shd i go for intel or amd?
wat gpu?
writer?moniter?
saw the buyin guide.. stuffs r unavailable here..
suggest some common stuffs those which r common everywhere...

What are your needs?
If u have no idea what to buy, then on what basis did u set a budget of 35K?

Example: The PC that suits your needs might cost 25K, in which case u wd hv saved 10k, or it might cost 40K, in which case for the sake of 5K u have a PC that is not of much use to u.

Core 2 duo e5300

Gigabite G31

OCZ 2 x 2gb Ram

Sapphire HD 4850 512MB

Benq G2200 Full HD

CM 600 PSU

Zebronics Bijli

Sony DVD Writer

WD 1tb

It cost me 36k...
 
@aditya, congrats on the rig man, enjoy yourself.

@OP as said above please specify what the rig will be mostly used for.
