"APC 800VA Inverter + Amaron battery" setup = 13.5K all inc. (varies)

Need a more flexible option, get the APC 1kVA model !

You'll have to enquire locally about availability and prices of the ups & inverter.

apc1000va is a pure sine wave model costs 7k for the invertor,2x batteries extra.

ok, i am also thinking of getting electricity backup / UPS for pc of around same config as Sei mentioned, though i shall be working with IGP of G31 and TX750W. So keeping an eye on this thread.

1KVA (costing 12k ) UPS giving just 20mins backup is quite less as per my expectations. What would i need if i want 3 yrs backup (worst case scenario)? A genset :/ ?

well i don't understand why would some one buy a TX750w to run a G31 IGP,or are u saying that u will disable the add on gfx and enable the IGP.
well there are UPS like this apc APC Smart-UPS XL 1000VA USB & Serial 230V No Battery this one outputs pure sinewave, uses a external battery,but costs12k just for the ups without batteries.
