i need a laptop use is movie ,net browse, download,nd chatting..

m looking for Dell or Hp business series ..budget is 25k :ashamed: .
m buying it frm Dubai..
can i get procy c2d,1gb ram..nd all in dat budget ?

one of ma frnd suggest dell vostro A840 14.1"..but only prob is no web cam..
