If you can attach the prices for each laptop in your list, it will be much easier for us to comment. I have done for some.
1. Asus ROG Strix G15 Advantage edition - Dont know what model (1,54,990 for Ryzen 9 5900HX + 6800M. This is 2021 model)
2. HP OMEN 16,Ryzen 7 7840HS/NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060 - 1,26,490
3. HP Omen 16,Ryzen 7 6800/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070ti - 1,26,990
4. ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (2023) Intel Core i7-12700H 12th Gen, 8GB RTX 4060 - 1,13,990
5. MSI Delta 15 Advantage Edition - Dont know what model (maybe 1,09,990 for Ryzen 9 5900HX + Radeon 6700M. I see only this model online but it's 2021 model)
6. Asus ROG Strix G15 with 3070ti - 1,34,990 for Ryzen 9 6900HX
7. MSI Katana i9 13900 H/4060 8GB - 1,28,990
MSI laptops :
Delta series is a rebranded GS66 Stealth / stealth series, but better designed and cooling.
Alpha series is based on the MSI's GL66 Pulse series.
Bravo series is based on older GF series.
Katana is the cheapest series, replacing the older GF series.
So the premium order is like : Delta > Alpha > Bravo > Katana. (This is based on my own research. Anyone is free to correct me)
Don't buy Katana, whatever u do. It used to have the worst temperatures and cooling (I havent seen the reviews of the latest gen). Putting an i9 inside it maybe not the best idea.
You can go for
5. MSI Delta 15 Advantage Edition if going to buy MSI. Avoid
7. MSI Katana i9 13900 H/4060 8GB
What are the specs of the Delta 15 ?
I own an MSI Alpha 15 and it's nice.
Asus:
TUF is the cheap series and ROG is the premium series
TUF used to have bad temperatures and cooling. So I would prefer the ROG series. ROG series has some very solid laptops.
1. Asus ROG Strix G15 Advantage edition is better than
6. Asus ROG Strix G15 with 3070ti since it will have AMD SmartShift technology. (power is balanced between CPU and GPU based on the game/ workflow) AMD CPU + NVIDIA GPU can't do that.
I dont know what are the cpu and gpu in these models, it's not mentioned. So can't comment more
HP:
Omen series is one of my fav laptops.
2. HP OMEN 16,Ryzen 7 7840HS/NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060
3. HP Omen 16,Ryzen 7 6800/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070ti
Both are very similar. One has better cpu, worse gpu and vice versa. The 4060 one is 2023 model and the other one is 2022 model.
The differences b/w CPUs : 7840HS is 12% better than 6800.
The difference b/w GPUs : This heavily depends on how much wattage is fed to the GPU. 105 watt version of 3070 ti is slightly better than a 4060. But a 140 w 3070ti beats a 4070 also.
HP Omen 16 3070 ti is capped at 115 watts. Idk how much 4060 is capped at. But maximum they will have 5% performance gap. 4060 will make up for that with DLSS 3 frame generation, more efficiency and better thermals.
For the same price, go for the 2023 model (
HP OMEN 16,Ryzen 7 7840HS/NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060).
Only one thing,
3. HP Omen 16,Ryzen 7 6800/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070ti has a QHD screen while the other one has FHD screen. So, that makes it kind of equal. You can choose it if you want QHD screen. Personally I think FHD is enough for a 16 inch laptop.

Finally this is how i will sort them from best to worst :
1. HP OMEN 16,Ryzen 7 7840HS/NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060 - 1,26,490 (2023)
2. Asus ROG Strix G15 with 3070ti - 1,34,990 for Ryzen 9 6900HX (this is 2022 model)
3. HP Omen 16,Ryzen 7 6800/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070ti - 1,26,990 (2022)
4. ASUS TUF Gaming F15 (2023) Intel Core i7-12700H 12th Gen, 8GB RTX 4060 - 1,13,990 (2023)
5. MSI Katana i9 13900 H/4060 8GB - 1,28,990 (2023)
5. Asus ROG Strix G15 Advantage edition - Dont know what model (1,54,990 for Ryzen 9 5900HX + 6800M. This is 2021 model)
7. MSI Delta 15 Advantage Edition - Dont know what model (maybe 1,09,990 for Ryzen 9 5900HX + Radeon 6700M. I see only this model online but it's 2021 model)
The 2021 models are last because they are 2 yrs old.
