Need Mobile Advice in 22k range, plus few doubts

One of my friend is looking to purchase an android phone

Budget - 22k

requirements - Smart Phone with good features

I would like to know which is better Galaxy r or S plus

Also Please suggest good mobiles in the 22k range approx.

If you're looking for a powerful phone, then I'd recommend the Galaxy R. While S plus does run at a higher clock rate, the dual core really helps the Galaxy to run multithreaded apps. Also the R promises a longer battery life.

However what the R lacks vs the S-plus are a) AMO LED display. Instead it uses a SC-LCD display

He wants the best there is in that price
