CPU/Mobo Need mobo + Graphics card for Quad core Q600

My system's mobo and graphics card have gone kaputt.

Currently my PC configuration is :

Core 2 Quad Q6600
Intel DG33FB mobo
Galaxy 8600 GT 256MB graphics card.
Cooler master extreme 600 W PSU
320 GB hard disk Seagate
2 GB Transcend RAM
Cabinet Cooler master Elite

I need a graphic card for mid range gaming and regarding mobo (preferably wid on-board graphics). Also i don't intend to overclock the mobo.

My total budget for mobo and graphics card is 10 K. Please suggest according to the processor and RAM in my current config.

I dont trust that PSU, I know that its a branded one but CM PSU's have few burnt component cases. (Please correct me if I am wrong). Let other members throw some more light on this,and I think you need to change that PSU to CORSAIR VX450

Sapphire HD5670 512MB GDDR5 - 4.4k (Whats your monitor size and resolution? GPU suggestion depends on this)

My monitor is Samsung 17" LCD.

Regarding my PSU i cannot say, but last year there was some burning of components and my display wid graphix card was gone. That's why i was using on-board graphics from some 3 months now. But as such i don't think PSU was behind that burning of components. As such my core temps are too high even on idle (averaging around 58-60 in summers). I have 2 fans in d cabby( front and rear).

My queries are:

Is Gigabyte G41 Combo a stable mobo? Are there other options also like in Intel or some other brand? Like if i don't get dis same model which else I can buy?

and Sapphire HD5670 512MB GDDR5- will it be ok for this Screen resolution?? Will it play all latest games in medium resolution?? like crysis, bioshock etc

Also can my old graphics card be repaired somewhere in Delhi- Nehru place or can i get any discount by giving my old graphix card for buying a new? Is it worth 2 get d GFX repaired or simply buy a new one?

Please advise.
