Need Mother Board with DDR2 or DD3 for P4

Hi,

Now i am using Intel DG101 MB along with P4 3.06Ghz, 2 MB RAM DDR. (I am running win xp) One of the memory slot was not working and now i have only 1 MB RAM. Mostly i use this system for downloading

I am thinking of changing the Mother Board.

Can anyone suggest a good Motherboard with DDR2 or DD3 which can take the P4 3.06Ghz processor?

My Budget - 3K - 4K.

if u have 2-4k budge then buy sempron 140 1.6k with Asus M4A78LT-M LE 2.7k sell ur current setup to get some cash. new config would be much power efficient.
 
I used this motherboard for my P4 2.6 Ghz for a year and I did not have any problems. It was the only motherboard I could find at the time that could support a socket 478 chip and DDR2 RAM and have a PCI Express slot as well.

There are no motherboards for socket 478 that have ddr3 support.
