Start off by downloading this :
Virtualdubmod
Unpack the rar, run Virtualdubmod.exe
Click on FILE - Open Video File
Select your OGM episode.
After the OGG file has been parsed, Streams - Stream List.
You'll see 2 stream, no.2 will be English (you can open it up first in Vlan Media Player to make sure), select Stream No.2, Right Click, Select FULL PROCESSING MODE.
Then, right click and click Compression. Now you NEED to install LAME's MP3 Codec.
Though I beleive the default Mp3 codec " Mpeg Layer - 3 " should work equally good, but I haven't tested it yet.
Anyways, click on either Mpeg Layer 3 or Lame Mp3, if you have Lame select 160 kbps CBR. If you're going with Mpeg Layer 3, select 40 kbit Stereo (Remember, I haven't tested it yet so I can't confirm it'll work as good as LAME Mp3).
Then Click SAVE WAV, enter the filename audio.mp3
.mp3 is very important to enter. I know you're defying the .WAV logic here but do it.
Now once its been compressed and saved, click OK. FILE - SAVE AS - Direct Stream Copy where it says FULL Processing Mode, enter any filename and save.
Close VirtualDUB, and open it again. File - Open Video File and select the Avi file you JUST saved in the last step. Then head on to STREAM - Stream List - Add Stream and select the audio.mp3 you extracted before (the stream list should be blank first, if not, close and delete everything and go back to the first line of this post and pay attention this time).
Click OK.
FILE - SAVE AS - Direct Stream Copy again and its done. You've got your AVI file with English audio (or Japanese if you chose Stream No.1), now you can burn it and watch it on your Divx Capable DVD player
