560ti wont hold on that Long,Considering the Pace of Development! 7850 Will Take On 1-1.5 Years Max ,Then u can add another 7850 and get some boost fro some more time! 660ti is another viable Option It will creep down to 20K in coming weeks! My Suggestion is Go with 660ti It might stress your budget!

Intel i5 2500K-13.5k
AS ROCK Extreme 4-9.5k
Gsill Ripjaws 2X2GB 1600mhz-1.6k
Segate 1TB HDD-5k
Sapphire HD7770-9k
Seasonic S12ii 520W-4k OR CM GX550W-4.5k
Dell ST2220L-8.5k
Nzxt Gamma-2.4k
APC 650VA UPS-2.5k
ADD Cooler later for overlcoking-CM Hyper 212 Evo-2.1k OR Noctua NH-U12P SE2-4k
This rig is going 4-5k over than your budget. If you can't stretch your budget then go for this-
Intel i5 3550-13.5k
Gigabyte B75M-D3H-5k
Rest as above without the cooler.
Hope this helps.:)

Dont need a monitor? I couldnt find any mention of it in the post. If thats the case they you can go for a more powerful GPU like the HD7850.

@VishalNair an over-clocking capable RIG in your budget is not possible and I would recommend that you lay the same to rest for now, this is what I suggest --

Intel Core i5 3550 ~13500/-
GIGABYTE B75M-D3H ~5000/-
Corsair Vengeance OR RIPJAWS 4GB x2 1600MHz ~3600/- [OR buy a single RAM module for now and add another later]
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB ~5000/-
HP [boxed] optical drive ~1000/-
AMD HD7850 2GB ~16500/- [this is the best option for you currently, if you are willing to wait a little the nVidia GTX660Ti might slip within your budget (though I am highly pessimistic on this happening)]
Seasonic S12II520W ~4000/-
NZXT Gamma ~2000/-
LOGITECH G100 gaming combo ~1500/- OR LOGITECH G400 ~1500/- + LOGITECH K200 keyboard ~450/-
DELL ST2220L ~8500/-
APC BR1100VA-IN ~5000/-

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

Highly unlikely this will happen in India man. The GTX670 was released for ~31000/-. It has sled down to ~28500/- [from shopkeepers with whom you have a decent rapport)] and doesn't seem it will come down until the HD79** series take a serious hit and I do not see that coming with the weakened Rupee and customs charges.

This also going way out of budget,Have to cut on the gpu and 4GB ram is enough.Let OP decide.

Don't you need a monitor?

Answers are in bold, hope this helps, Cheerio!

P.S. -- Stop using SMS short-hand in posts please.

You can instead opt for the i5 3450 for ~11.8k and save some cash. ~1.2k+ for 200MHz is pretty costly.

And do mention whether you have a monitor or you want one. If you have one then what size is it? Without mentioning it there wouldn't be much progress in the discussion and you wouldn't be getting proper suggestions since it is a major factor in your budget.

i thought i would up my budget a little more and came up with these. Please let me know how are these.

Type Details
Processor Intel Core i7 – 3770k - 3.7 GHz
Motherboard ASUS MAXIMUS GENE-Z V or Intel® Desktop Board DH77KC or ASUS P8H77-M LE with USB 3.0
Or GIGABYTE-B75-D3H
Memory G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 2x4GB – 1600 MHz
Hard Disk Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB
Keyboard & Mouse Logitech Gaming Keyboard G100 + Mouse SET
Optical Drive Samsung DVD Writer
Graphics Card Radeon 7870HD 2GB DDR5 or Zotac Nvidia GTX 660 Ti 2GB DDR5
(Don’t buy the edition without Ti suffix)
Power Supply Cooler Master GX 550W or Seasonic S12II 520W
UPS Numeric 600 VA
Cabinet Cooler Master HAF 922 or Corsair Carbide 400R or Cooler Master Elite 431 or NZXT Gamma

Guys for the above CONFIG,will the PSU be fine if I add GPU+SSD Later.Planning on a similar config.
So should I go for a 600+ W PSU just to be safe later? (difference only about 1K )
Also in MOBO,which brand has better after sales service ASRock / ASUS (India)?

If you don't have Full HD monitor then even HD7850 would be more than enough,The remaining money should put in Corsair TX650V2-5.4k and better ups like APC BR1.1KVA-5k.For motherboard go for Asus P8Z77M-Pro-12.5k OR Maximus V Gene-15.5k.

This will overshoot your budget by a very, very high margin ~80000/- for the above RIG whilst your stated budget is ~55000/-.

This is what I suggest (if you want to over-clock) --
Intel Core i5 3570k ~15500/- + Noctua NH-U12P SE2 ~4400/-
GIGABYTE-Z77MX-D3H ~9500/-
G.Skill RIPJAWS 4GB x2 1600MHz ~3600/-
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB[64MB cache] ~5000/-
AMD HD7950 2GB ~25500/- OR nVidia GTX660Ti ~22500/- [with the HD7950 you have the advantage of over-clocking the card and bumping its performance]
HP [boxed] optical drive ~1000/-
Corsair TX v2650W ~5800/-
Corsair Carbide 400R ~5000/-
LOGITECH G400 ~1500/-
LOGITECH K200 keyboard ~450/-
APC BR1100VA-IN ~5000/- [the Numeric UPS sounds and is most likely an overrated device and will not hold the load of your RIG]

non-over-clockable RIG --

Intel Core i5 3550 ~13500/-
GIGABYTE-B75-D3H ~4500/-
[rest RIG same as above]

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

3770K is kinda overkill for gaming...dont u think?

Exactly my point and you were recommending a Core i7 2600k earlier :p.

Seeing the future of PC-gaming I say until OP is not willing to scale back on his details and eye-candy anything below the GTX660Ti will be underwhelming by ~Q3 -->Q4 2013.

And he just might by a full-HD monitor OR jerry-rig the setup to a TV-monitor.
