Laptops need solution to install ubuntu

Tell me how to solve this problem....?
i am using dell inspiron n5010 recently i change the old hard disk because i have a problem on that...now i use windows7 os but i cant put another os like ubuntu and suzi linux how to solve this proble

First of all Welcome to TE :D

This doesn't describe the problem well. Please describe what problem are you facing while trying to installing Ubuntu into it??

I guess you meant Suse Linux. If you can install Suse, I don't see any probability for any problem while installing Ubuntu(Except ubuntu specific ones)
 
Create a partition for the OS u wanna install either using disk utility in windows or during the ubuntu/Suse installation process and proceed. this is what i can give u from the details u ave given.
