Need Some *CLEAN* Proxy Sites

I tried this method but it does not work. It opens techtree but not the site i want. What could be the problem?

I opened the Hosts file located in "C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc" with notepad & added these following ip address:

You are Doing Something wrong!!!

@Deathbearer : this does not work in proxied net connections..:( . if i give in the ip address in the url it works...but i dont want em admins to know the ip address..:P
