I have some money invested in some of the mutual funds but i do not have the name of all of them. I have till not been able to get the statements of my investments using the help of cams online websites. But i need those statements of all of them for purpose of m US Tax return filing.

Does there exist any website where i can enter my PAN number or such a thing and get details of all my mutual funds and whatever additional details ??

if nothing else works, then try this.

Go through your bank statements if you paid via check/online transfer to identify the transactions.

Find the mails after those days to identify the receipt that the fund house sends.

Use the folio number mentioned in that and access all the required documents from the individual mutual fund house websites.

All you need is the folio number and all your mutual funds with that specific fund house will be linked to that.

DO you know which email address you have been using while investing?

Also on cams try to get consolidated statement of all together cams, karvy and ftil.

Also if possible try to get statement from broker from whom you invested or if you did it directly than it will be all your pain.

My sister mf holding have similar problem. She invested earlier with all different enail ids of rediff and her company which are dead now and cams only forward those with particular id not all.

But keep trying .SOmewhere you will get the link.ANd even if you get the name of company you invested .You can always mail them to ask for folio numbers and name of funds in which you invested.

I called up my dad and have got the folio number and the Mutual Funds names. But i am not sure what email id i had used.

The story goes like this...

I have money in 8 mutual funds with 4 of them from period 2006 to 2009 and other 4 from 2009 to 2011

For the first 4 i knew the email address which i put in cams and it did send me a consolidated statement for all 4 mutual funds.

All well till here.

Now for the newer 4 ones i have no clue what email address i gave and because of this whatever email id i give on cams it says that it is not registered. PAN number is as it is non mandatory so having it or not does not matter as far as CAMS is considered.

I entered my one email id on CAMS and received the statements (i did the CAMS + Karvy + FMATIL thing).

So to take a chance i entered my other email id which i THINK was used but got a mail back as follows

CAMS Mailback Responder detected and automatically processed request for Consolidated Account Statement submitted by you for email xxxxxxxx@yahoo.com. No transactions have been done during the selected period. Consequently no statement is generated.

Thank you for using the CAMS Mailback service.

Same results for another email id which i was sure i neve used. So this means that i do not have the email id i must have used for those newer 4 mutual funds.

Is the only way to get the statement is to email their respective customer care ?

Mail directly to the mutual fund house contact center email id. i had trouble getting my statement on CAMS for HDFC, inspite of entering correct email + folio + pan. I then dropped an email to HDFC guys and they responded back with the statement.

try calling them for a faster response.

Tried entering the PAN and setting a password and i get a error page as follows
Server Error in '/karvy' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

See it goes like this, if you havent entered email address on the application form, you are not going to get the statement on email. This is for obvious reason, though you can get physical statement on your registered address by calling customer care.

#raksrules you can try single folio statement link from cams website if you have folio no. http://www.camsonline.com/invmailback/statement.aspx

are you sure you AMC is serviced by CAMS / KARVY.

If both of them are not serving them you can try its own net / phone service to get the statement.

If the folio is of Birla Sunlife mutual fund, you can register online with your folio no. and get all the information, download statement.

I did try the single folio statement but that too needs an email id which is mandatory while the PAN is optional. I have emailed 3 of the 4 mutual funds asking them how can i get a statement.

Lets see how it goes.

Another option is if someone can personally go the the mutual fund service centre, with folio nos, they can give you prints right there within 110-15 minutes, just a little politeness and request will do

.

You can get the centre address from respective websites, this is their own office not of Karvy or CAMS.

Even Karvy / CAMS will also give you the physical statement in person.

Then you can update the email address there.

One more reason in email not reaching you is may be the MF has entered your email address incorrectly, which is a very common typing mistake.

Actually the case is that i have no idea what email id i had used or even if it was used or not. I emailed to the mutual fund companies and they told that since the email i sent them did not emerge from a registered id they cannot send the statement to me.

They suggested to go to branch or contact broker.

I shall now be contacting the broker to get the statements.

yes i can but they require me to submit a signed letter to update the email address and i cannot do that as of now.

Anyways my dad will be contacting the broker to get the statements.
