Need some recommendations about my next PC upgrade

Hi guys,
My PC configurations are as follows :-

HDD: 500GB SEAGATE
RAM:2GB (single stick) Kingston
GPU: GeForce® GTX 260 Sonic 216 SP (896MB)
PSU: COOLERMASTER 500W EXTREME POWER
MoBo: MSI P45C Neo-FIR
PROCESSOR: E5200 (Dual Core, 2.5Ghz L2)
MONITOR: DELL 1609W 16" widescreen monitor.
SPEAKERS : Altec Lansing BXR1221.
CASING: Circle

The Coolers are stock coolers :(
I'm sure that you might be thinking why my PC configurations is so diverse.
I don't have an answer for this though but at this moment I am thinking of upgrading my PC.
So any suggestions for a machine with high Overclocking capability will be helpful.

Friends another thing please note, my budget isn't too high and isn't too low.
 
you need to tell us the budget and which things from your current system you plan on keeping and which things you plan on selling,...

Yes I knew some1 will tell me this....
Actually at that time i configured my machine, I was a lil tied up with funds.
I thought of buying a BENQ T2200HD LCD but later I bought this one.

So first thing that I wish to buy is a HD monitor.
My budget will be around 30K in total,

Things that I would like to upgrade are :-
1) Monitor
2) Cabby
3) PSU (though I dint face any issues till now...is upgradation reqd. ??)
4) RAM 2GB more
5) HDD
 
1) Monitor --> Benq G2220HD ~ 7.6k/ Benq G2420 HD ~ 10.6k/ Samsung S2233SW ~ 8.5k
2) Cabby --> NZXT Gamma ~ 2k
3) PSU (though I dint face any issues till now...is upgradation reqd. ??) --> Yup, get the Corsair VX450 ~ 3.5k
4) RAM 2GB more --> 2GB Corsair XMS2 800MHz ~ 2.6k
5) HDD --> Seagate 1TB 7200.12 ~ 3.9k (There has large amounts complaints about WD green 1TB/1.5TB developing bad sectors in the forums in the last 1 month :( )

Total: ~21-24k

Get a decent CPU cooler CM Hyper 212 Plus ~ 1.8k and just O.C ur proccy to ~3.8-4GHz. I guess otherwise the E5400 will act a bottleneck to the GPU at stock clocks. But wait for the GPU/O.C experts to comment on this.
