31-40k Need some recommendations regarding building a pc

I built a system recently for almost the exact budget and use case. I went with a 10105F (6k) and a used GTX 970 from the marketplace here for 7k. There were a couple of 7-8k cards posted recently I think, and they do seem to come up now and then.
Anyway, while the 5600G isn't bad IMO, my total spent of 13k on discrete CPU+GPU, even if both a couple of gens older, still would give me better performance in my book,
Okk............ Btw is it able to run games such as ac origins and odyssey???

No idea. Ironically enough, ever since I bought it I've not had time to play anything.
But, given that the recommended GPU for Origins is a GTX 760, it should be able to run it easily enough.

GTX 970 is not that good of an option. If you're planning on playing any new titles, then GTX 970 won't fetch you more than 30fps, even on lowest settings. GTX 1060 6GB would be your best option for 8k, or the 1660 super for 11-12k.

RTX 2070 (a bit costlier but will be easily able to manage any game now, at 1080p 60fps at least. Its miles better than the other 2) - https://techenclave.com/threads/zotac-gaming-geforce-rtx-2070-amp-extreme-8gb.211527/#post-2434480

Yeah more performance per rupee in the 1060, but sometimes the budget is really strict. Still get 50fps on ultra high at 1080p q on a 970, according to ytb videos, on ac origins

Unfortunately, we've in an era where GPUs under 10k are almost non existent. An i3 10100 + GTX 1660(used) will be your best budget choice for high graphics gaming.
But if used is not an option (only for the GPU), then iGPU is the way to go.
For iGPU, intel won't give you the best performance here, the gaming throne for iGPU remains with AMD.

Ryzen 5 5600G- 13k
2x 8GB DDR4 3200 C16 RAM-4.3K
Crucial P3 500GB SSD-3.3K
Gigabyte B450 S2H mobo-6.5k (might need bios update, ask vendor)
Case- Ant Esports Elite 1000 PS-2.4K
Deepcool PK450D PSU-2.4k
for some reasons it's out of stock on the tlg gaming website, and on amazon it costs 15500. Dont you think that's a bit steep??
also will the price come down on some sale or something??

Yes, prices are unreasonably high. I think it should come down after a while, so you can consider waiting until then.
Or you can go with the ryzen 5 4600G as well.

Yea the 4600g can be an option, but it's not able to run the rpcs3 emulator as well as the 5600g.
