Monitors Need suggestion for a new monitor.

Requirements:
1. <22" display
2. IPS panel
3. 1080p FHD res.
4. HDMI and other essential ports
5. Good build, tilt/swivel etc.
Budget: under 10k. 7-8k will be good.
Is there any model which fits my requirements?

Willing to buy used one in mint condition.

Dell S2216H 22" LED IPS -9000.

^^ Best in the budget.. Only con is the glossy screen.. Though it helps the colors to pop out, it will be a PITA on the long run..

Edit: Thought it was s2240L.. the s2216H seems to have matte display

Well unlike other components displays can't be judged on their specs alone. And I'm currently not in Delhi so sadly i cant check the showrooms. My last purchase was really bad.

Thanks. Nice deal but still out of budget. Plus, I don't need 1440p even though I like it. I would rather save up and get a good 1440p next time if i can upgrade the core components. Decent high-end gaming is expensive bro.

Dell lacks quality control (I'm saying this since 2011).

I bought 2 monitor same make (ST2220L)

1 monitor have issue since day one , Dell Never able to provide me ERROR FREE monitor and just couple of day before 1 is DEAD for (may be) ever.

Other is going good.

I think we need to look at Samsung/LG/Benq
