Any suggestions for Hair Clipper or all in one or trimmer etc etc
Budget around 3k
Priority is beard & Mustache, underarms, head
and pubic hair sometimes (mostly razor)
0.5 mm to 20 mm or 20+ length settings required.

I liked this one but it's old one and not available online.

It has all the attachments you need and great reviews. If you want it strictly under 3k, there are some with fewer attachments but seem to be mostly similar. Use 'philips multi grooming kit' to search.
