need suggestion for UPS upgrade

my rig follows:

intel c2d e8200 cpu

xfx 6450 2gb gpu

xfx 630i mobo

tagan bz700 psu

samsung 17" crt

edifier c3 speakers

2tb 5400rpm hdd

os : win 7 ultimate 32bit

future upgrades within 6 months

gpu to something equivalent to 560ti or the mid range amd 7xxx series

corsair h100

24" full hd led

upgrades within 1 year

new core i5 and compatible mobo plus 6gb ddr3 ram 1866[non oc]

plan to overclock my rig after this

main use of pc

12 hour download rig

simultaneous gaming or simultaneous video conversion to dvd using convertxtodvd

watching hd movies or some music to keep the ears busy

types of games: call of duty mw3 or assassin's creed series or bf3 [mostly in medium settings]

suggestion needed : upgrade of ups

budget : approx 5000
 
Get the APC 1.1KVA Back-UPS, its the best for ur Rig and can easily accommodate future upgrades as well. Gives me >15 mins backup on my current Rig, Fits ur budget as well.

thats one option

i forgot to mention in my original post.....since i keep my pc on while i'm not at home also i need something with auto shutdown

so the only option close to my budget is APC Back UPS 800 (BR800-IN)

can anyone who owns this verify how much battery backup i'll get???

and is it enough for my rig considering future upgrades
 
Does the backups 1000 come with the powerchute or whatever that software is called?
