Need suggestion on Home UPS

Hi All, i would require your help to determine a good home UPS. Chennai is reeling under power crisis... on a daily basis we have 1-1.5 hrs power cut.. and i think during summers this would increase.

I did a research and found Microtek Sinewave UPS
Numeric and Su-kam are well know UPS.

Budget somewhere less than 5k. I have 2 batteries with me, so i am looking for just the UPS alone. Any suggestion or help is appreciated.

any UPS below 800VA will need only one battery ie 12V only
above that will require 24V battery.

I think APC is the best one. I have 1000VA model and it acts as PC UPS as well.
abt 4+ yrs old. still working fine.
 
Get APC 650VA Home UPS, maybe you can connect two batteries in parallel if they're each 100Ah rating. But I'm not sure.

I'm using APC 800VA Home UPS with Amco 180Ah and it gives me 7 hour backup when full charged.

PC - 380W @ load + 3x 20W CFL + 23" CRT TV + 1x40W Tube light + 1 Laptop ( around 90w )
