Storage Solutions Need suggestions for an ext optical drive for a Mac

Search somehow does not allow me to enter 'external dvd drive' and optical drive does not show much.

Any suggestions for an external DVD drive for my MBA? Just to rip CDs. Saw some on Flipkart and Ebay, but I don't know if they will all work with a Mac?

Yeah all work on mac afaik.my mate had one for his mini which he bought off ebay.will confirm the model soon.

There is one from ASUS, very slim, slot load. Will look sleek with your mba.

Thanks guys. Saw these two from Asus. The vertical looks l=nice and will save space but the website does not mention Lion, only Windows.

Well, I found a vertical model which has a model number

SDRW-08D2S-U LITE

and it say that it will work with Mac, as does the Asus website. The -08D1S-U sways it's only Windows. I guess I'll give it a shot.

I have the Vertical Model, it works with LION.

Only issue was, it did not support to install Windows through Bootcamp (this issue was seen in Snow Leport, did not tried this in Lion).
