Hi i need to get a new phone ,something that fits my requirements but is outright easy on my pocket:( .!

budget ranges from 10k to 16k
purpose : act as an organizer cum internet device
requirements :
priority :
  • open/view Office files as well as pdfs
  • Longer standby time
  • connectivity ie browsing/bluetooth
  • have a decent cam

if possible:
  • Touchpad
  • Windows mobile OS based
  • Faster processing power ie phone shudnt be a slowbrick
  • light wieght but well built

Brands, any brand welcome (subject to thier availabilty offcourse)
The cheaper the better really hard on cash:(

okay.lemme know if you want the nokia tube. I can throw in a brand new ep630 along with it :bleh:

anyway. You can go for a HTC touch Viva. If you can stretch your budget a bit then go for HTC Touch Diamond or Tytn II for 19-20k

I'm sure they'd be available in delhi. But asus 320 would be damn slow coz its got only a 200MHz processor. 552w is relatively good. but any reason why you insist on asus??

well the fact that asus models are cheaper ,as well as feature packed
for the same price wagon HTC solutions are also at par but having seen an HTC p3300 i feel they re a bit flimsy ,

none the less,
id like something with wm6.1 so as to open office 2007 files
plus the cheaper the better nokia is a bit way outa budget

primary objective is to act as an organizer cum netbook

hey how about a 6months old e66 vd all the accessories.....it hav gps wifi acellorometer n you will evn save up some money pm me if intrested

I think it would have had suited you better if you bought a Nokia E63. It is way faster than the Viva. The Viva is based on a processor which is around 2-3 years old and is very slow.

Anyway, congratulations for your new phone.
