Need suggestions for cheap Touchscreen Phone without camera

My sis needs a phone without camera for her office use (camera phones not allowed). She would strongly prefer a touchscreen phone as she is used to them. Please suggest any phones that fit these requirements for under 7k. Please also suggest decent non touch screen phones without camera as well.

There is only one i guess, Samsung champ. available with camera and without.

Champ is the only choice mate... everyphone has a camera nowadays, unless u go for Rs. 1100 ka Nokia phone..

But I'm more curious as to why Camera phones are not allowed in her office
