A: need good A.S.S and a VAT BIll.

A: Games like nfs mw, cs 1.6 , and some more .....

A: What ever suits a 20-22" monitor but not less that this ;)

A: yes a bit if necessary and if i can unlock the extra core ;)

He need's 4 gb ram + 1 tb hdd :)

plz mention a separate price for a graphic card too as i will try to convinces him on that

For 18 K, you can look at the AMD based LLANO configurations which was suggested for many others, you can look at the other threads in this section for the config details

LLANO would ensure that you have more than decent gaming performance and give more than enough performance for your other needs

If your friend wants all components within 18000/- its going to get tight, tell him to kindly increase his budget a little OR wait for a month more to see, what releases and price drops (speculative) and then get his system with a revised budget ~ 25000/-. Hope this helps.

But by choosing 500GB HDD, 2GB RAM and a smaller 18.5" screen he can save about ~2.5k.

His budget is not sufficient enough for his expectations. Ask him to increase the budget a wee bit or save up a bit. He he waits a little the Llano dual cores and the A55 mobo combos should be released <7k.
 
@ Darkangel : is the prices that are given out have vat [ 4 %] added or will it be added to it after buying ???

and is the intel processor with 2 cores - 4 thread like i3 540 or 2100 ???? can't check it on net as the network of aircel is failing every sec :(

it took 2 hours for opening this one page :(
