Android Need tablet around 6k

Tasks - mostly browsing net through wifi or Bluetooth. Watching mostly 720p tv series or movies for 1-2 hours Max. Occasionally full hd. No games.

Want: wifi and bluetooth to connect to pc or phone. Possibility to use HDMI out to connect to my monitor would be an advantage. 3.5 stereo out. Good screen and decent resolution. Battery should last few hours at least. Should be able to charge and browse net or play songs at same time.
Ability to root and jump to custom roms like Cm10 if possible :p

Possible in this budget?
 
The only tablet that might come close to doing it all in that budget would be the Ainol Crystal II Quad Core. Doesnt have bluetooth though.
