Need the concept of 3D Web Games

Hi, well, I want to know how is these zyanga games are made for facebook?? What technology is been used or so??

Actually I was looking for some basic 3D web games likes farmville and etc. and etc. So are they developed in Flash??

Actually I'm lacking the whole concept and I can't think further.

What are my options?? After a little bit of searching I think Silverlight, Flash can do this job but something like 3D Rendering Engine would be needed for these things. Again lack of concept.

Anyway, I hope you got it what I actually want to know, so I'd be glad if anyone can throw some lights on these things.

If you want to make games that run inside the browser. I suggest

1) Flash, flash plugin needs to be installed. Example: FarmVille

2) HTML5. here is a example game in HTML5(no plugin required): Agent 008 Ball
