Budget 31-40k Need to buy a laptop inside 35k

I need to buy a laptop for myself . I have a MAX budget of 35k. Folloiwng are my requirements :

What's your Budget? 35k MAX, Lesser the better :)

What will be your primary usage for the notebook be? Informatica Development, Oracle Development, Watching movies, music, occasional game, surfing
What size and weight considerations do you have? 14'' or 15.6'' will suffice.

Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest? Any brand would do. Plz dont suggest Fujitsu or HCL etc.

Any other considerations? Good Battery life, Prefer a good screen,Graphics is not mandatory, If it is not there then also am fine as am not gonna play any games.

Must haves : 500gb HDD or more, 4gb ram .

Scoured the net and found this on flipkart

1) Toshiba L740x - 4010
2nd gen i5, 2gb ram ( i plan to upgrade it to 6gb) , 500gb hdd, 14" screen.... Some reviews say speakers are bad.....


2) Hp g6 2010 ax - Out of stock on flipkart.....
Amd a8-4500m quad core, 6gb ram, 1tb hdd, 1.5gb ati graphics

Third one was a sammy laptop, but dunno how good are samsung lappys.....

Experts plzz help as i need to buy it this week.... I know there are many threads regd this but my requirement is diff.

^^^^ Can't hold myself but ask, you do know / realize / aware that the laptop of your listing, Imported from Thailand...Right ?
 
Yup, is there any prob if the lappy is imported from thailand.... Am a noob in importing laptops so if u could plzz help
