kindly advice..looking to buy External DVD writer budget within 1.5- 2 K......

and PSU budget within 4K.. Through research .. found Seasonic S2 520 W.. to be good one..

is it the best bet...

AFAIK, Samsung External DVD RW comes for ~2K. Very sleek model and USB powered.
