Do you have the 32 bit version of Windows installed?

Total Physical memory 3.19GB suggests so...

Install 64 bit windows to utilize all 8GB of installed RAM. You should see a pretty good improvement in system performance. Also, install an SSD and you're good to go for the type of things you're currently doing with your PC.

I'm bit conflicted cuz I think I'll be giving too many options lol.

- Get an SSD, increase RAM capacity to 16 GB and try to move to linux. Windows 10 might not get updates once its dropped and your current rig can't run windows 11. Using linux will atleast ensure your systems are current + already mitigating yourself to malware / virus designed for windows
- I would suggest upgrade to latest Ryzen 5 5600G, 16 GB RAM and at least a 256 GB SSD. You could get an ITX motherboard and ITX case for that smaller footprint.
- If you don't want to build a system, an Intel barebones should also make a decent upgrade. Even the latest i3 versions now have 4 physical cores.
- Another option would to be get a Lenovo Thinkcenter Micro PC, very tiny and maybe more powerful than your current rig.
- If you want option to add a GPU for light gaming, consider the SFF thinkcenter / HP prebuilt models + AMD RX 6400 low profile card. Power from PCIe should be enough and these don't need additional cables for power delivery. It performs slightly worse than RX 570 but consumes way less power and being super tiny.
