0-20k Need to select a Good Motherboard for Galax GTX 1660

This Diwali I purchased GALAX GeForce® GTX 1660 (1-Click OC) 6GB GDDR5 192-bit DP/HDMI/DVI-D Graphic Card

Right now I am having following CPU configuration

1. PSU/SMPS -- iball Marathon - 500W Peak
2. RAM -- 12.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
3. Processor -- Intel Core i5 2320 @ 3.00GHz Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
4. Motherboard -- Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. H61M-DS2
5. Hard Disk -- 223GB KINGSTON SV300S37A240G ATA Device (SSD)
6. Hard disk B - 1863GB Seagate ST2000DX002-2DV164 ATA Device (SATA)
I checked GALAX GeForce® GTX 1660 with current Motherboard but It doesn't work with that

I have mainly video editing + rendering work

Please suggest me a good affordable motherboard below 5k
If possible please suggest me a good processor also if the current is not fit for my JOB

At the very least go with Corsair CX series.

At the max you can fit Xeon E3-1290 V2 in current socket I think. It should give you decent boost from current 4C/4T to 4C/8T

However, any newer component will require you to change processor + RAM + Mobo.

Sell all the above components like CPU+RAM+Mobo+PSU and get these instead

Budget -30K

Processor -AMD Ryzen 5 3500 -12.5k
Motherboard -Asus Prime B450M-A -6.7k
RAM -Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200Mhz 8GB -3.2k
SSD -Kingston A1000 240GB SSD -4k
Power Supply - Corsair CX450 -3.6k

Total -30K
