Need upgrade suggestions for revival of The Potato

Current specs-
i3 2120 3.30 Ghz
Mobo- intel dh61ww
Ram- 4gb
Gpu- nvidia gt 520 1gb

I have a budget of ~15k. Ready to use used parts.
Any suggested upgrades as i just want to play valorant at ~150 fps consistently.

For 15k you should be able to get a GTX 1660 and a i7 3770 easily along with a ram upgrade, you'll be limited by the processor for your platform.

Wait for other members to suggest more accurate pricing for used graphics cards.

Do you have an SSD? It would be a massive upgrade.

one of my friend had the same system with the intel dh61ww board we upgraded it to an i5 3rd gen and an 1050ti . but considering current scenario you can easily go for what @rsaeon suggested . Just one thing that MB have some issues with ram support so research before you buy ram.
