Hmm.... dude Better off go for Dell Mons, way better...... If you can shed more money,

A dell 24" in about 13500 will be awesome for you, there are a good offer by Phoenix on this!!!!!

best of luck

Agree on the brightness issue. I have a 2033SW with me and my eyes pain a lot after 1 hour of watching movies or playing games(though the reason may also be that I'm unable to run it at full resolution). When I return to working on my lappy(Dell) I find working on it a welcome change as the screen is too cool for eyes. I generally operate my Samsung 2033 SW at even less than half brightness but it still is very bright.

I have been using Samsung 2233 SW for five months and i have to say that its amazing monitor. Superb color and brightness. In my opinion go for it without giving a second thought. About 700 DVD rip they look fine from some distance and watch able but 1080P looks awesome, like clear as wallpaper. Not to mention its looks. It has one more feature i dont know other monitors are having or not its- It automatically scans input video ratio like if its 16:9 it will show u full screen, if video native resolution is 4:3 then it will not stretch it. and using Samsung Magic tune software its very easy to adjust all things(brightness, contrast etc) no need to touch any single button. So without thinking too much you can go for it. Or if you are having little more money then you can think about DELL 24" monitor.

Guys finally bought a Samsung 2233 SW for Rs.9700/-Prime ABGB...Best seller in Lamington....Abt the monitor...in simple words it is.......... awesome.......
