Netbook for 15k ?

I am looking for a netbook in 15k range. Will be primarily used for downloading, occasional movie and doing office work through vpn. It should have:
- windows 7
- good baterry life
- lightweight
- In built 3g modem and webcam desirable
- decent after sales

Any recommendations?

Samsung N150 if the budget is strictly 15k, but I would recommend you get Asus X53U-SX013D . Its available for 18.5 k. Superb config and go, get it. (search for its review and config on Google)

Got a netbook 2 weeks ago HP mini 110 3610tu off letsbuy for 16.5k with 1k coupon. Got Alcatel 3g usb data card and iomega 320gb usb hdd free

atom n570 dual core 4 thread, 2gb ddr3, 320gb 7200rpm, 6 cell, 10.1" and other usual stuffs
