Budget 21-30k Netbook or Notebook

Hello,

I'm planning to buy a new machine that will suite my needs. I've been using desktop for a long time, but now I need a machine which is portable to suffice my needs on the go.

I will need a Windows 7/8 machine for Internet Surfing, Downloading, Movies, Music, Office, Photoshop, Android/Windows Phone development.

Now I am confused what to buy? Netbook or a Low-end notebook. I need portability and It's fine with me even if the screen size is less than 15inch.

Please suggest me.
 
A netbook will struggle to run more than 2-3 programs at a time and especially development software and photoshop. OTOH, a low end notebook with a Pentium processor is going to be just a little bit better. Try to increase your budget and get an i5 chip with 4 GB of RAM
 
Do you think i5 is essential for this usage? I'm really hard at budget and that's why have to make the most out of this itself. Any better alternatives? or any suggested models?
