Laptops netbook price list

i want to buy a netbook either 9" or 10" with minimum 5 hrs battery life but have observed that prices vary a lot.. can any one recommend an online website where i can get a good deal.

budget about 20k.
linux is ok too as i want to use windows 7

I am also looking to buy a netbook but unable to decide which one to go for (brand wise). AFAIK, the main ones in the market right now, around 20k mark are Acer, Asus, HP.

Dell and Sony are closer to 30k mark.

Any online place to compare all these?

Also, is it cheaper to get it from the US?

any idea how much is duty for importing laptops via courier?
