Laptops Netbook pricing updates + White LG/MSI Wind spotted

Went around today to the various big stores around here.

Updates:

1. LG has rebranded the MSI Wind. Was available in white for 19990 at Vijay sales. Called the X110..... something. Seemed ok. Battery manufacturer info said MSI
1Gb/160Gb. I am assuming 3 cell batt? Will check if someone is interested.

2. Asus E701: 9995 @ Croma.

3. Dell mini 12, 1Gb/80Gb/Windows Home: 28k @ Croma

4. HP Mini 1001tu: Atom/10"/1Gb/60Gb: 23.5k @Croma. Good keyboard n sensible pricing for once. Battery capacity: didnt check.

techie can you give me more details on the Dell mini 12 ? Does it come with 1.6Ghz atom or 1.33 ? and 6 cells + xp ?

@kippu: Ya, I am not sure but as per this link: LG Notebook Computers- X Note series - India's first notebook with a 2.5 inch LCD side show its a 10". Only the existing offer was there at croma for the samsung.

Is the NC20 out yet? I was leaning toward the Mini 12 but the Sammy whacks it according to some reviews.

brought samsung nc10 on valentine's day. not to gift mind you....

25.5k... sold the free cell for 5k. bottom line a 6 cell 160gb netbook for 20.5k....... yeppie.... it feels great when the battery life shows over 6hrs time...

Same. I bought an NC10 yesterday for 25.5k from Croma.

Did you sold your mobile J700 to a friend or to a shop ?

I asked a couple of shops and one of them has assured me of 4.8k. so effective price will be 20,700/- with a 6 cell battery. Sounds great deal.
