Worth clarifying as netgear naming conventions are confusing:

The satellite unit of the pair (RBS20) is in use with me (as an add-on with a RBK50 system) while the router unit i.e. this unit has never been used other than being switched on for testing.
The item for sale is not the pair (from the 2nd link) but the router (i.e. the first link in the thread.)
FWIW The router unit is as capable a router as standalone routers in the 12K+ price band but with the option for expansion as a mesh
