network setup help please

friends hi,
I m a small time cyber cafe owner . I have BSNL broadband with modem Huwai mt 841 with four lanport inbuilt.so when i started cyber cafe I connected all four port of modem with respective computers lan card and connection is on but i am unable to know the MB usage by each computers.actually it shows total Mb consumption.
now i need your help to establish a network in which every computer will show MB usage so that I can charge.for this do i need switch, softwares,Server? I m ready for modification i have winxp on all systems.I have best config as amd4800+,gigabyte 780g chipset,1gb Ram,40 gb ide hdd.
please tell me everything in details.

The best solution would be some sort of software that you install on each of the machines in the network.

They then report back to a central server. The best thing which does that that I could find in solarwinds' ipMonitor. Looks like its a very good fit to your needs.

thanks kumar but it is for orgnisation with minimum 100 monitors but i have only four. actually i thought it would be simple to create network of 4 computers with monitoring total traffic(MB) used by each computer.
I m very disappointed by the reponse of moderators that they dont have any suggestion for me.
