All 360 Consoles/Drive type are moddable atm. Only the newer Slim can't be modded atm, but that might change very soon.

360 games are region coded but there are a lot of games that are Region Freeand will work on any region console.

Only co-op play has issues and MS is already working on a fix for that which otherwise would want a hard drive upgrade.
