New broadband plans from bsnl on diwali

Ok now I can't call fake coz i saw this in the "access service" section in bsnl portal.. But still these plans are ridiculous to say the least! The FUP is ludicrous! With a speed of 1 or 2 Mbps, the 25 gb will go in a flash.. and it's not half rate after that. It comes down to 256 kbps!
 
If this is really what is popping up via the access page.. well then BSNL seems to be shooting itself in the foot.

Their plans generally have been good to compete with Scamtel but these new plans seems to have been formulated during some insane orgy.

All we can make out is that BSNL may be coming out with new plans. But the plan details seem to be made up.
